Nicola is passionate about using creativity and the natural world as an approach that provides a safe way to explore thoughts and feelings. Believing that using creativity as a means of self-expression can open the door to processing feelings while utilising natural resources to enrich and connect to ourselves and the world around us.

My family and I feel we understand each other better now and we can share what we need from one another more easily now.

As a carer you always need to think of those you are caring for – these sessions gave me valuable time to care for me.
